Yes, Engage AI is designed for seamless integration with existing applications. Engage AI provides SDKs for multiple platforms, including web and mobile, and exposes HTTP APIs for backend integration.

Can Engage AI be used with PlayFab?​

Engage AI is designed to operate independently, focusing specifically on gamification and non-gaming engagement mechanics. While some integration with PlayFab may be possible, Engage AI provides a more tailored solution for businesses outside of traditional gaming.

What are the future plans for Engage AI?​

Engage AI is continuously evolving, with exciting upcoming features, including:

Currently, Engage AI does not support any communication channels, but several are planned for future development.

When will Engage AI be available?​

Engage AI follows a tiered pricing model based on monthly active users (MAU). Pricing brackets include:

  • 0 – 250,000 users
  • 250,000 – 500,000 users
  • 500,000 – 750,000 users
  • 1 million+ users

Discounts apply to users above each threshold, ensuring fair pricing as businesses scale.

How does Engage AI track active users for pricing?​

Engage AI tracks login events and user interactions to determine monthly active users, ensuring accurate billing.

What features do I receive for the standard pricing?​

All gamification mechanics, A/B testing, and basic user analytics and event tracking will be included in standard pricing. Some AI-powered features may be available as an add-on module.

How do I set up Engage AI for my business?​

OBT will either integrate Engage AI into your existing Azure environment or, where possible, establish a custom-built environment tailored to your needs.

How are updates managed for customers using Engage AI?​

Updates will be made available to any customer holding an Engage AI license. Customers subscribed to our Live Service will receive support through updates, while those who opt out of the Live Service will need to manage updates independently.

What languages does the platform support?​

The user interface is currently available in American English.

How secure is Engage AI?​

Engage AI follows industry-standard security protocols, including encryption and access controls, to protect user data.

How does the system manage GDPR compliance and first-party data collection?​

All data is processed and stored within the customer's environment. Data encryption is applied both during transit and at rest.

What is the system's approach to child accounts and age verification?​

Currently, the system does not verify user age. Responsibility lies with customers to ensure only adult accounts are sent.

What happens to all the data if the product is no longer needed?​

If you decide to discontinue using the product, all data, including users, analytics, and associated metadata, will be securely deleted. The platform ensures compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, ensuring that customer data is handled responsibly and removed promptly if no longer required.
