The Engage Operator Dashboard provides a centralised interface for managing and monitoring your Engage system. It enables you to:

  • Rules
• Manage users and segments
• Administer system-wide settings

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows a list of all currently available modules for Engage, as well as information about upcoming features.

Overview

The Overview dashboard offers a consolidated view of key performance indicators across your experiences. Available metrics include:

• Total users
• Number of missions
• Number of attributes
• Number of segments
• Number of rules
• Rule execution counts

Gamification

The Gamification section allows you to configure and manage gamified experiences, including:
