User Details

In the user management section of Engage, you can select edit in the kebab menu to view and edit user details. This section provides a comprehensive overview of the user's profile, including their attributes, event stream, segments, and any associated data.

Profile Data (Metadata/Labels)​

Profile data is a way to store metadata about a user, this could be the users name, location etc. On this example user we set their location to uk.

tip

Whilst Engage doesn't enforce any specific limit on the number of labels, it is recommended to keep the number of labels to a minimum for optimal performance.

User Activity Feed​

The user activity feed provides a timeline of events and actions taken by the user within the Engage platform. This includes interactions such as:

  • Changes to user attributes (User Labels)
  • Completing missions
  • Changing tiers
  • Entering or Exiting segments

This feed is useful for understanding user behavior and engagement over time.
