Managing Operators

Operators are administrative users within the Engage platform who can access the full range of user management feature. The following sections will help you understand how to manage operators within the Engage platform.

Creating Operators​

During the deployment of Engage, an initial operator account is created. This can then be used to login to the Engage Operator UI and manage other operators.

Navigate to Settings > Operators in the Operator UI to create a new operator.

Clicking "Create New Operator" will open a form where you can enter the operator's email

The user will receive an email with a link to set their password. Once they have set their password, they can log in to the Engage Operator UI.

Delete an Operator​

To delete an operator, navigate to Settings > Operators in the Operator UI. This will remove the user from the Engage system.
